NLCSD PowerSchool Integration

Welcome to the New London Community School District (“NLCSD”) PowerSchool integration with Google services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NLCSD PowerSchool application and any related Google OAuth integrations. By using this service, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the Service
The NLCSD PowerSchool app enables secure integration between Google services and the district’s PowerSchool Student Information System. This service is intended solely for use by authorized NLCSD students, parents/guardians, and staff.
2. User Responsibilities

- You must use this service only for educational purposes in accordance with district policies.
- You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system security.
- Students and parents/guardians are expected to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Data Access and Use

- The service may access basic profile information (such as name and email address) to enable login and communication features.
- Data is used only to provide educational services and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

4. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service, but NLCSD does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
NLCSD is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, except as required by law.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
